Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

• The order was not delivered
• An incorrect item was delivered
• The payment was deducted but no order was placed

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
